Refund policy

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or wallet within 5–7 business days.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, used items, or products without original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
